Patient Information and Resources

  • I accept Regence, Aetna and Kaiser Insurance.  Any other insurance I can provide a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurance company. ​

  • I am only accepting new patients for Acupuncture.

  • The entrance is on 1st ave at the corner of Boston and 1st Ave, there is a few stairs to walk up to the front door, and I'm in the basement, so a few stairs to walk down as well. If this is hard for you, you may text me and I will let you through the service entrance on Boston. The call box has my last name listed - Kardos or text me at 206-414-8115 when you are here. 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are early, there is a small waiting room inside the front door or there is a seat outside my room in the basement. 

  • I don't typically play music but I am happy to play music at your request. 

  • I'm talkative! I love to learn about my patients and often ask questions and hold conversation, if you do not want this please just let me know. I will not be offended or upset.
 
  • I won't call anyone back without a voicemail, I try to respond to texts and emails in a timely manner, if you email or text me outside of business hours they will be returned on the next business day.
 
  • Appointment no shows will be billed at my cash rate, please call or text if you're going to be late or need to reschedule.  
 
  • Late cancellations are subject to a late cancellation fee. 
   
  • Sliding scale and superbills available for out of network patients.
